The Future Leaders Programme with Lloyds Banking Group is designed to provide aspiring tech leaders with the skills, knowledge, and confidence needed to thrive in today's dynamic business environment.

Programme Structure
Professional Masterclasses
Professional masterclasses are sessions that will focus on ‘soft’ skills which will help you with building confidence and advancing yourself in the world of work.
Technical Masterclasses
Technical Masterclasses focus on delving into part of the industry to further your knowledge and develop your skills. These sessions will be led by a professional working within the industry currently.
Mentoring Sessions
Mentorship from industry experts: Participants will have the chance to learn from seasoned professionals at Lloyds Banking Group, receiving personalised guidance and support throughout the programme.
Inspirational Networking Opportunities
Participants will have exclusive access to networking events, industry conferences, and professional gatherings, allowing them to connect with like-minded individuals and expand their professional networks.
Application Criteria
Minimum of 6 years experience.
Expertise in any of the following roles: Software Engineering, Quality Engineering, Security Engineering, Data Science, Data Engineering, Service Engineering, Engineering Leadership, DevOps/SRE/Infrastructure, Architecture.
This programme is aimed to support individuals who:
Identify as Black heritage or Female

Application Process

Initial chat
Book a quick call with us to learn more about the programme or you can apply straight away, skip to step 2.

Journi interview
A 30 minute interview with us to explore the programme in more detail. Also a chance for us to get to know you better.

Programme Agreement
An agreement for you to sign which includes information about the programme and sets out some important points around what we expect from you and what you should expect from us.

Join the programme
Welcome! Your first session will be a welcome event. You'll meet senior sponsors, mentors, our founder, your peers, and other key members of the programme.
